What is the activation fee?
Each deployed PawPilot robot requires a one-time $2,500 activation fee to cover hardware setup, calibration, and initial route configuration.
Can I add more dog profiles?
Yes. Additional dog profiles beyond the first are $35 per month each. Each profile stores breed, size, pace preferences, and health considerations.
What happens if the robot encounters a hazard?
PawPilot uses cameras, depth sensing, and obstacle detection to identify hazards. It will pause, stop, or initiate a return-home sequence depending on the situation, and you receive an immediate alert.
Can Community plans scale beyond 5 robots?
Absolutely. Additional robots beyond the 5 included are $300 per month each. Contact us to discuss deployment for larger communities.
Is there a commitment period?
All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract required. The activation fee is a one-time charge per robot.
What size dogs does PawPilot support?
Initial deployment focuses on small-to-medium dogs on predefined routes in contained communities. Support for larger breeds is on our roadmap.
